If you purchase a physical product from our website and it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund requests may require proof of purchase and, in some cases, the return of the item.

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable materials, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Donations made to support the ministry are voluntary and non-refundable.
